Hair growth food

Everybody wants healthy long hair and just to achieve luscious hair people do so many treatments, eat capsules and lots more. To be very honest these things might help you a bit but won’t give you the hair that you want. Hair is something that grows naturally and undergoing some hair growing treatment won’t give you natural, soft, healthy hair. For example, eating junk food to satisfy yourself but forgetting that you would lose your body shape and if you have home-made healthy food instead of junk food in the proper portion you will stay healthy plus have a good body. The same way if you go through hair growing treatment you will satisfy yourself but you would lose the texture of your hair. So it’s better to use the natural way and that is by eating what your hair needs.

the same interest. If you have any suggestions, please let me know.

    Bless you!
