The 57th Annual Grammy Awards were held on February 8, 2015, in LA, California. So it’s time that I review and tell you the best dressed in my opinion.
Since GRAMMY’s started at 5.00pm on February 8th in LA and sadly it was 6 am in India it was impossible for me to watch the GRAMMY’s but I tried to watch some parts of the award. I think this time 57th GRAMMY Awards was all about embellished gowns and dress or black colour. Some took a risk and didn’t stand out. Some took the risk and failed miserably and some took the risk and were the best-dressed people of GRAMMY’s. Here are the Ladies who owned the night. (Click on the picture for full-size image)
A plain black gown can never go out of style and Annie has just reminded us. The 60yr old singer-songwritter was looking sexy and elegant at the same time. She pulled off a black Jason Merritt gown.
Beyoncé wore a sheer black gown by Proenza Schouler and she looked stunning in it. Natural makeup was perfect for this beautiful gown. We know her as Queen Bey and must say she always does justice to her name by her songs, as a women and as a style icon. I totally Love her and this look.
Gwen Stefani in Atelier Versace jumpsuit which featured a webbed pattern overlaying half nude, half black bodice. On the red carpet when Gwen was asked about her jumpsuit she says “It’s Artwork” and I couldn’t agree more. This was my favourite look of the night.
Meghan looked fabulous in this gown. Curls was perfect and that bold lip color was the best decision her makeup artist made. This gown by Galia Lahav gave a retro vibe and must say she’s all about that bass.
The Bang Bang hit maker in Ralph & Russo incredible black, sheer beaded gown. It’s extremely hard to pull off super sleek hair but Jessie J proved it wrong and that dark lip shade was icing on the cake.
Iggy Azalea wore a sleek Giorgio Armani gown. Loving her makeup which is so simple but that braid is the only thing that I dislike.
Rita Ora showed off her new pixie cut and a gorgeous sliver sequined gown by Prada pairing it with a smokey eye and a nude lip.
Taylor in a teal, high-low gown created by Elie Saab. For shoes, she rocked Giuseppe Zanotti. The shimmer effect looked sick and this look is so freaking beautiful that we cannot “Shake It Off.”
Continuing with the beaded dress trend, Katy Perry rocked a gorgeous Zuhair Murad midi dress with a Lavender bob hair.
All of them looked stunning and as I told you my favourite looks were Gwen Stefani, Rita Ora, Katy Perry and Jessie J. Let me know which look you like the most. Vote now and if you have any request or queries comment down below.
